"Statement Of Faith"
1. We believe that the Bible; the Old and New Testaments is the inspired and authoritative written Word of God. - 2Tim 3:16
2. We believe that there is One God, eternally existent in three Persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. - Matt 28:18-20
3 We believe that Christ is the Son of God, the second person of the Holy Trinity. He was incarnated in the flesh, born of the Virgin Mary, thus called Jesus; So doing, uniting one person, God and Man. - John 3:16
4. We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, and is ever abiding, convicting and Sanctifying believers, and that the regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation. - John 14:26
5. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin, is through repentance ,and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ - Rom 10:9
6. We believe in water baptism, and observance of the Lord’s Supper. - Rom 6:3, 1Cor 11:24-27
7. We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing of the human body. Isa 53:5
8. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, According to Acts 2:1-4 is given to believers who ask for it.
9. We believe in only one kind of Marriage which is between One Man and One Woman according to God's Holy Word. - Genesis 1:27-28 & Genesis 2:20-24.
10. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life. - Rom. 8:26-27
